Much of what we do is very technical in nature. We will research, gather and communicate the important details to you in a clear, concise and easy to understand way. We will provide regular updates and status reports to you ensuring you always know the current status of the project.
Project BeginsOur sales and engineering team has worked closely with you to identify your goals and objectives. We have uncovered areas needing improvement and repair, and have recommended this solution. We have provided a clear description of our services and the equipment costs. Once the project has been approved by you, an internal Sales/ Operations handoff meeting will occur to ensure the information gathered is clearly communicated to the Operations team. You will then be introduced to the expanded team to review the information, discuss project implementation and timelines, and answer any questions you may have.

Project Objectives/ Coordination
Much of our project coordination is achieved via a Project Management implementation system. This electronic system enables us to effectively manage the project and clearly communicate important information, updates, timelines and documents to you. It also enables you to ask any questions or make requests to us very easily.
Depending upon your sense of urgency and services currently being impacted, we can usually expedite the timeline if necessary.
